Default PvE and PvP armor and weapon rewards

I'm suggesting that there should be armor and weapons put into the game that have inherent stats (+15 hp, +2 energy, etc). the armor would be set up something like this
head - +1 profession primary attribute
chest - +15 hp
legs - +15 hp
gloves - +2 energy
boots - +2 energy

the weapons would be like this
sword, axe, hammer, spear, scythe
+20 hp or +2-5% dmg (whatever percent that wouldnt cause too much imbalance)

daggers
increased crit/dual strike chance, +5 energy

staves
+5 energy, 5% enchanting

wands
5%-10% global recharge

offhand
+20 hp, +5 energy

shield
increased block/evade/dodge/whatever chance

~*NOTE*~ all of these stats would be inherent into the weapon/armor piece, not runes, insignias, inscriptions, mods, or whatever.

Now, these items would be acquireable through pvp and pve. through pvp by spending faction and/or items you recieve after winning any pvp match (10k faction and/or 20 of said items)
through pve, they would be acquireable through quests in the uw, fow, sf, elite missions, doa. maybe different looks for each instance, or one piece of the armor per quest, and one quest per instance (one for underworld, one for the deep, one for urgoz warren, one for sorrows furnace, etc.) the items obtained through pve would have the exact same stats as those gained through pvp, just a different skin, or look.

basically, the armor and weapons would all look extremely awesome (maybe animated? small flames around the hands?), and paired with the great looks, would have stats exclusive to these armor sets and weapons. what do you think?

the armor could also be in tiers, the first tier of armor attainable through 5 quests (one for each piece of armor) in one area, the second series of qeusts in another, and the third series in another, so on and so on (fow/uw, sf, urgoz/deep, doa) the first tier armor would just look awesome, no extra stats, the second tier would look awesomer and have some inherent stats, but not as good than the awesomely amazing third tier that would look cooler than them all. i know this would be a lot of work for the devs/designers, three new sets of armor for every profession, so they could just have the armor have some minor changes, or not have the tier system. post what you think

The shield part I cannot agree with. I suggested something like that, uuhh... it died.
But in Prophecies and Factions, the armor already has "inherent" things on it. That's not the case in Nightfall with the inscriptions, but to keep the game.... balanced, this can't really go into effect.

The weapons, I'm a little confused about but..
The daggers, isn't Critical Strike an attribute for them? So increased critical isn't needed. Then I do believe that the assassin already does double hits, unless if that's some skill, but it's good enough as is. Then the +5 energy would be the inscription "I have the Power" or something like that.
The offhand can do +30 health and +12 energy (for the magical stuff). Don't really see why a warrior would really want one, but hey, some people do.
Then you can find out the rest.
But unless if I can't read, this'll screw the people over that have stuff from before, and also these can be done with inscriptions, and mods.
sorry bubs.

^the inherent things to not take place of the runes, insignias, inscriptions, or other mods

also, yes this would cause some imbalance, but not so much that it would give people with the stuff with the increased stats a huge advantage

and concerning the assassin suggestions, im saying an increased chance to critical strike, or an increased chance to dual strike.

replying to the post down there, all of the weapons would already be customized to you when you get them, and the people who already bought 15k armor can still keep the 15k set, they dont even have to do the quests (which, yes, would be insanely hard)
and yes, in my opinion pvp needs a little (yes i say little, 30 hp and 4 energy doesnt do much) imbalancement, thats what makes it fun, the main reason for the armor would be to give pvpers something to work for besides rank, it would make fame farming seem to go by quicker, imo

Okay... BUt for the weapons, people don't have to customize them and then give it to the low lvl people. ARENA TIME!
But yeah, I do understand that working hard gives you better stuff in the end, like that armor. But would that armor be allowed in PvP?
Also what about the people like me! who have got armor and now we could've just done 5 quests (difficult ones I hope). Armor isn't cheap and for those who bought 15k armor, they won't be happy. (Exact reason why I don't buy them, nothing really special about them). But that's my view.

only if its available in Core.

but really...this is stupid.

You are suggesting imbalanced weapons and armor.

Thats self defeating to the purpose of what guild wars' philosophy and game design is.

There are ONLY two items with inherent properties:
Bone/Horn bow, with +10% armor penetration (wich do not sow in the weapon description)
And staves, with +3..10 energy and 10..20% half spell recharge time.

But remember, every 'good property' requieres a downside: Being very hard to get (Gold and Green only) or a penalty in other stat.
